Cumberland County Department of Public Safety operates the 9-1-1 telephone and radio systems to coordinate essential public safety acitivites 24 hours a day.
In an emergency Dial 9-1-1 from your mobile phone or landline.
Remain calm and speak clearly to ensure the dispatcher can understand and accurately convey your needs to applicable agencies. Be sure to know your location and answer all questions as they are asked. Do not hang-up the phone until told to do so.
